The selection of products seems good on the surface. The idea behind the concept is also appealing. Unfortunately, the... personal experience on site was less charming. The service thought was not noticeable.We had registered at short notice, but were not found in the system. So far so good for me, since we weren't officially registered and checked yet (even if in times of digitization you can easily check an entrepreneur directly online, for inexperienced people also superficially in the sense of entrepreneur yes/no and large/small) ...In addition, since the registration was not completed, I did not expect that we would be able to buy spontaneously. That's fine, too, if not "super". But at least having the goods looked at once - to get an impression of the selection - could have been possible. But here, too, there was an unexplained cool “No”. Also, not really friendly behavior or a helpful hint to an alternative idea/option. As a (potential) new customer, you felt completely ignored and treated arrogantly... ("Customer threatens sales, so don't help and be nice, he could buy!")If the lady at the gate had been less uncharming and tried a little harder, I probably would have been less disappointed with her behavior.As an entrepreneur, it simply doesn't make sense to me that if you already have an interested new customer in the house (who also had an hour's drive and isn't even there often spontaneously...) and just shopped across the street as a retailer (where you check for must leave...), not at least greeted in a friendlier way or have the goods inspected - or provide some kind of friendly support.I respect rules, didn't expect much, but I can't rate the manageably charming and unhelpful contact persons on site as positive. Since nothing was going on when we were there, one could have taken the time to find a better way here.Conclusion: It may be “okay” as a business, but at least as a human being it is really ugly behavior.If you read through other reviews and the answers to them here, the provider often doesn't seem to be ahead in terms of service and friendliness. Too bad, there is definitely more.read more

Catastrophe. The women at the registration think Woman is in a military base.I was there with my grandma and grandpa... in a wheelchair. We had a trade license but the ladies forced me to let my 80 year old grandma wait outside in the cold. I'll be right back out. insolence. That a shop like this is still open...I just can't believe it.read more

Had the same experience as one of the other guys. Went on a Sunday and was "greeted" by a very impolite and unfriendly... receptionist. Showed all the documentation necessary and she told me that everything seems to be in order but she cannot let me in with my kid (2yrs old, being carried)?! Bad for them - dads on Sundays will most likely have their kids with them... Went two doors down to another retailer and bought all the stuff for the decoration of the castle there. Seems they have enough business, so thank you for pointing that out and bringing it to the people who deserve it.read more
